I want to share the positive experience I had with both Mary and Shaun Harrington today. They investigated my "clunking" problem that my storage water tank was having and relieved my worries that at this time, I do not have to replace my 25 year old tank. The use of a procedure to drain the tank and then refill seemed to eliminate the "clunking" that had been occurring over the past year. Mary and Shaun were not only professional and friendly but most importantly for the customer open and honest. They will be my "go-to" call when my tank does require replacing. When our home well system in Sandwich begain to falter after 21 years of service, our active family of three adults and two teenagers feared total water failure as winter temps fell far below freezing. Pressure would almost reach normal, and then drop to almost nothing ... and it was getting worse by the day. It took one call to All Cape Well, left a message ... and waited. Two hours later we received a call from company owner; he'd have a person there early tomorrow. The tradesman showed up five minutes to 9:00 a.m.
By 10:35 (1.5 hours later) we had a new well pump, new pressure holding tank and new electric switch box. Work area was cleaned, our decades-old tank, pump and small mound of very crusty and rusty pipe debris were hauled away. With negative stories of Cape-based service providers being the norm, we are very pleased that All Cape Well certainly delivered for us.
